We will use embodiment, cognitive and spirit oriented techniques which may include talking and discussion, movement, breath work, and/or metaphor in narrative and visual arts. A one time session typically includes one or two of these techniques.

Astrology Chart - 5 sessions. Coaching and understanding your planetary placements, your strengths, your purpose and how to connect to your leadership and path in this world, in this lifetime. In coaching you choose what you want to get out of the session and how you want this session to support you. As the coach, I work with you to support your mission. I draw on my 40+ years of training and experience as a psychotherapist; plus my 40+ years as an astrologer/intuitive and tarot reader; and, my training as a coach. Together we determine dates for 8 sessions over a 4 month time period (that's approximately 2 50-minute sessions a month). We give each other grace with regard to rescheduling if needed and make every effort to provide 48 hours notice for any reschedules. Telephone support is available in between through whatsapp voice messages or whatsapp texts to complement our work together and understand events like lunar phases or other transits. Payment plan is available and can be arranged via a link that can be provided to suit the payment plan
